Rodney Hunt is conducting a company-wide, Voice of the Customer survey to make sure our efforts, actions and improvements are in line with your needs.  Your valued feedback will help us develop sustainable processes in our desire to become a World-Class Company.

The Rodney Hunt team is very interested in your opinion of our customer performance.  We are committed to driving continuous improvements in our operations and sales organizations to better serve your needs.

In Phase 1 of this survey, we are asking you to rate the relative importance of various factors you might consider when choosing a water and wastewater control products manufacturer.

In the next few weeks, you will receive a second email invitation (Phase 2), asking you to rate our performance on the critical issues that relate to Rodney Hunt and other engineered water control suppliers.  This will help us better understand your needs and expectations of our organization.

Rodney Hunt has partnered with an independent marketing firm, Crossroads Development Group, for this survey, which will take less than five minutes to complete.  All responses will be treated anonymously.  Results will be reported only on an aggregate basis.
